What should I name my business?
Well, I am opening my business in early deceomber sell us wooden toys, bags, toys, clothing, sweets, promotional products, body works, handicrafts of green products, it's almost like a shrewd business to be sold online I am working with China factory who have helped me to design new products that just need a good name! Could you please help me if I like your name you give 10 points thanks guys it means a lot!
Brainstorming Tips for creating a name: the names that are suggested here may already be owned by another party and / or may be trademarks, so I wanted to go a different route … Here are some things to consider: 1) Keep your industry, your customers / users, their plan advertising in mind. 2) The most unique and distinctive name, the greater the possibility that the name is legally available for use. And the greater the likelihood to obtain the mark. 3) Think about your business as having a personality. What kind of image you want your business to represent? Specific brainstorming tips: Think what you want, but more importantly, think about what will not. If you do not want a 3-word name, do not bother with them. If you do not want non-English words, do not bother with them and so on and so forth. What are the "types" of names you like? Think about the words in their simple forms, eg adjectives, Latin roots, mythological names, etc. Compile a list of the types and then look for resources such as books or sites that specialize at that rate. Only comprehensive research will tell you if the name is actually available. However, these links are free & A good place to start, so I try them first. This means searching and waiting for the Federal Trademark Act and files State and the U.S. Joint for files of law. Then, if clear, you can decide whether to request a federal or state trademark.
