Do I need a liability insurance as a freelance graphic designer?

I have a studio at home and my business is classified as a sole proprietorship. It is also responsible for tasks with advertising or other agencies design and site work. There's something civil liability insurance should get and why?

The creation of an LLC is a good idea … but they are not what they used to be. Before you could just kill a LLC without personal responsibility or little, now the owner has no personal responsibility somep. I would recommend looking at two types of policies: 1. General Liability: If you go to your location you want coverage for property damage thats there. 2. Professional Liability (E & O): You will want this coverage if you meet a demand on which someone claims for libel, slander, copyright violation. In addition it will cover any mistakes made during the creation of your product. You welcome.
